The aim of this article is to analyze how and why the norms of the Inter-American Human Rights System on transitional justice convened under the Rosendo Radilla ruling against the Mexican state exerted an impact on the human rights issues in Mexico, especially on the topics of military jurisdiction and conventionality control.
